The Friday Finance App allows you to easily categorize, match, mark as paid or delete bills or invoices by hand.


Manually categorize, match, mark as paid or delete bills

Go to the "Bills" tab and select a bill or transaction to manually categorize it, to reassign it, to mark it as paid or to delete the bill or invoice.

The relevant buttons will appear once you have selected the bill you wish to edit (see screenshot).

Manually match a bill

As soon as you have selected the bill you wish to manually match, click on the "Match bill" button.

Now, the following input mask will appear:

Provide the necessary information, choose the transaction you wish to match to the bill and confirm your entry.


Mark as paid

Sometimes you might want to preaccount a bill using Friday Finance without having an actual payment transaction in your Friday Finance app. For cases like that, you can set the payments status of a bill to "Paid" maually.

As soon as you have selected the bill you wish to mark as paid, click on the "Mark as paid" button.

Now, the following input mask will appear:

Provide the necessary information and confirm your entry by clicking on the button.


Delete a bill

As soon as you have selected the bill you wish to delete, click on the "Delete bills" button.

Now, the following notification will appear.

Confirm the deletion by clicking on the button.
