If you selected a Basic plan and would like to test out some of the features included in our paid packages, including Friday Pay, you are encouraged to do a 30 day trial on the Premium or Scale plan. During this trial period, you have full access to all features included in your plan, highlighted here, including carrying out up to 30 free payments, or 150 free payments a month, depending on the paid plan. However, if at the end of the trial period you choose to downgrade back to a Basic plan, then you must make sure to withdraw your funds from your Friday Pay account.
If you do not withdraw your funds from your Friday Pay account before your 30 day trial ends, your account will be locked and you will need to contact your Account Manager in order to transfer those funds out of your account.
Withdrawing your funds is easy. All you have to do is select “Make a Payment” on your transactions tab just how you would make a payment to pay your bills, more details can be found here. From here, simply make a payment to one of your bank accounts, transferring the money back to yourself.
